Adding a Fixed Repair Phase

To add a fixed repair phase

  1. Select ConfigureProfiles from the main menu.
  2. Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Workflow - Repair Plans link under Repair Management.
  4. Select the repair plan, and then select Add Phase from the toolbar.
  5. Enter a name that describes the repair phase in the Phase Name field.
  6. Add a detailed description of the repair phase in the Description field.
  7. Select the Fixed - Repair phase has a fixed duration of ____ hour(s) option, and then enter an hour value in the field.
  1. Click OK to close the Repair Phase screen, and then click OK to close the Repair Plan screen.
  2. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar to save the profile changes.
