Adding a Fixed Repair Phase
To add a fixed repair phase
- Select Configure > Profiles from the main menu.
- Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Workflow - Repair Plans link under Repair Management.
- Select the repair plan, and then select Add Phase from the toolbar.
- Enter a name that describes the repair phase in the Phase Name field.
- Add a detailed description of the repair phase in the Description field.
- Select the Fixed - Repair phase has a fixed duration of ____ hour(s) option, and then enter an hour value in the field.
- Click OK to close the Repair Phase screen, and then click OK to close the Repair Plan screen.
- Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar to save the profile changes.
